Hari ini Selasa 23 Jun 2009, saya berpeluang untuk hadir mendengar talk dari Tun Dr Mahathir.. ( cerita lebih lanjut akan saya ulas kemudian.. ). Sebenarnya, selain dari hendak mendengar ucapan, saya lebih kepingin utk berdepan dengan aura Tun sendiri. Sempat saya tap energi yang bagus2 yg ada pada Tun.


Tun Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad

Tun Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad was the fourth Prime Minister of Malaysia. He held the post for 22 years from 1981 to 2003 thus making him Malaysia's longest-serving Prime Minister. He is also one of the longest-serving leaders in Asia. He was credited for engineering Malaysia's rapid modernization. He was considered as one of Asia's most influential leaders. Tun Dr Mahathir turned Malaysia into a regional high-tech manufacturing, financial, and telecommunications hub through his economic policies based on corporate nationalism, known as the various “Malaysia Plans” which set out the government's middle-term objectives. He is also credited with spearheading the phenomenal growth of the Malaysian economy, now one of the largest in South East Asia. Today he is an advisor to the Malaysian national oil company Petronas and the Malaysian national car company Proton, an original core national project initiated by Mahathir during his premiership. He is also the head of the Perdana Leadership Foundation, a foundation whose aim is to preserve, develop and spread materials regarding or written by previous Malaysian Prime Ministers. Among some of his publications are The Malay Dilemma,and The Malaysian Currency Crisis: How and why it Happened. His latest book is “Blogging to Unblog”.


Esok, 24 Jun 2009, saya akan pergi mendengar talk dari Tony Buzan pula. Kenapa saya pilih beliau ? Sebab beliau adalah pencipta konsep mind mapping. Jadi, esok..kerja saya ialah tap energi kebijaksaan, kreativiti dan kesungguhan yg ada pada Tony Buzan. Erm.. Coach Amar, jangan jeles ye.. hehehe..
